The Lincoln Health Foundation, founded in 2001, is a non-profit organization that raises funds for and brings awareness to Lincoln Health’s providers and services that maintain and improve community health.

Through cultivating private donations and educating the public, the foundation contributes to the ongoing success of Lincoln Health by supporting capital improvement projects, equipment, and programs benefiting patients and their families.

Lincoln Health Foundation Presents: Dancing for a Cause is an exciting community fundraiser where local stars take the stage alongside area dance instructors to raise funds for the Lincoln Health Foundation. The evening will also feature special performances by local dance studios, creating a memorable night of entertainment, community spirit, and giving back.

Every dollar raised stays in Lincoln County, helping fund innovative programs, advanced technology, equipment, and patient care initiatives that enhance healthcare at HH Lincoln Health. Whether you’re cheering from the audience, dancing on stage, or supporting as a sponsor, you’ll play a part in strengthening healthcare close to home.

Ways to Give

Memorial Gifts

A thoughtful way to express condolences to the family of someone who has passed away. You may make gifts in any amount. Gifts are acknowledged promptly without mentioning the amount. A record of your gift will be kept in the Memorial Book.

Honor Gifts

Commemorate a special occasion, such as holidays, anniversaries, and birthdays, with an honor gift of any amount. The honoree will receive a card that acknowledges the gift.

Annual Gifts

Help ensure continued quality health care for our community by establishing a yearly membership in the foundation with an annual pledge of $20 or more.

Corporate Gifts

Show support for community health care on behalf of your company by making a corporate gift. These donations can be made in the name of the company, employees, or founder.

Planned Giving

Include the foundation in your will to create a living legacy of your care for your community and for generations to come.

Designating Your Gift to Our Endowment Fund

You may give to the foundation’s general fund or designate your gift specifically to the Lincoln Medical Center Endowment Fund, which assists in paying hospital indebtedness of patients who are not able to pay on their accounts. Mr. Fred Jobe of the Petersburg Community established this fund. Only the interest from this fund shall be applied.

Donating to Hospice

Lincoln Medical Hospice, a Lincoln Health entity, is a non-profit organization that provides vital end-of-life care for patients and their families. Although hospice is covered by many private insurances and Medicare, some of its benefits are not reimbursed. Donations can help offset the cost of these non-covered benefits.

If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to support Lincoln Medical Hospice and the care provided, please contact Lincoln Medical Hospice directly at 931-433-8088.

Donations can also be mailed to Lincoln Medical Hospice, 106 Medical Center Blvd., Fayetteville, TN. 37334. If you would like to make a donation as a gift, or in memory, Lincoln Hospice will send a card to the family to notify them of your generosity.
