Whether you are looking for routine women’s health care, fertility, and prenatal care, or answers about a gynecological concern, LMG Women’s Center is here to help. Our practice specializes in pregnancy management and a range of women’s health issues.

Dr. Michael Nobles, Fayetteville, Tennessee’s only OB/GYN, is an accomplished and experienced physician and surgeon who specializes in women’s health and reproductive care, deliveries, and surgeries. Dr. Nobles works in conjunction with his patients to help meet their expectations for a healthy pregnancy and delivery and overall well-being for all in his care.

Family Planning

When planning to start a family, a preconception appointment is a great way to discuss any concerns you may have. We will review your medical and surgical history, including any medications you may be taking that could need to be altered before pregnancy.

Gynecology

LMG Women’s Center provides a wide range of services necessary to meet the changing needs during a woman’s lifetime. We can provide preventative health care, contraceptive needs, diagnosis, and treatment for gynecologic issues.

Surgery

Dr. Nobles is experienced in a wide range of surgical options to treat conditions of the female reproductive tract, including, but not limited to, hysterectomies, tubal ligations, and cyst removal procedures. Surgeries are performed at Lincoln Medical Center.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

Dr. Nobles offers evaluations and Hormone Pellet Therapy. If you are experiencing hot flashes, lack of energy, memory problems, weight gain, or other hormone imbalance side effects this is an option to discuss with Dr. Nobles. This therapy is done in the office.
